Believe me, after just 1 hr, you will be asking for a new bottom. The best is to change positions, I seat over 1 side, then the other, sometimes I ride back way for a bit, everything helps even small pillow.

When riding for long time it is also advisable to wear sun block if not you will have to improvise a sun covering umbrella.

First time I did a long ride my body ache for couple days. I learned that if I take an Alka Seltzer then I have no or just minimum pain. I do not understand very well how it works, but apparently the Alka Seltzer avoids the body from releasing Lactic Acid after hard exercise. I have taken it after doing some other heavy workout and also work.

4 hours? That sounds intense, but not too much.

Yeaaah, i love galloping fast. I really like riding horses and respect those strong and beautiful animals. I hope people will enjoy talking about it.

My last ride was on December from Yaxha to Nakum at Peten Jungle, Guatemala. We rode for 4 hrs first day and same on the way back next day.
